At Pet Printed, we want you and your furry friend to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
